Now I just need to find a co-driver for a 1,100 mile (one-way) drive at the end of April in the SLS.

It's the Pro level AMG academy, which includes a lot of free lapping in everything from a AWD E63S to the SLS. One on one instructor most of the time. I got a nice HJC racing helmet by winning the Autocross competition at the 2-day Road Atlanta event I did in Sept. that they personalized with my name on the sides that is approved for use, so I've got that going for me. Never been to Austin or COTA, but I hear it's great.

We are in Atlanta. We've raced 6 times in Kershaw, SC in LeMons South. For 2014 we are looking at running Sebring in July. They are racing at Barber in Feb, but we have too much real life happening to get there.

What a fun event! I reluctantly volunteer. If you took delivery of your car from Rick Hill, I believe I had the pleasure of seeing it before you picked it up. BTW, I enjoyed reading the Jalopnik review of your E30 M3. After searching for quite awhile, I finally found the right one. My E30 M3 arrived last Thursday and I can't stop driving it!
